Vivian
Silverstein and Ruth Young (Training Manager)
carry out regular training classes at the Pet Behaviour
Centre.
- Puppy
Socialisation & Habituation - 7 week courses
for puppies up to 20 weeks old.
- Junior
Classes - 7 week beginner's course for dogs
from 20 weeks of age.
- Further
Education
- 7 weeks courses for dogs that have completed the
Junior Course.
- Advanced
classes are 7 weeks

Agility - 7 week courses for dogs
of a minimum age of 18 months and that have a sound
basic training.

Rehabilitation Sessions - For dogs
which demonstrate aggressive behaviour towards other
dogs. A behaviour consultation may be necessary
prior to enrolement. Please note that these sessions
are not ran as a course.

Student Training
- Courses designed for pet dog owners that want
to learn a little bit more about behaviour. These
courses will combine theory with some practical
sessions.

months.

Only positive training methods are used at the centre,
all training is reward-based, using the clicker.
NO CHOKE CHAINS - NO PRONG COLLARS - NO PHYSICAL PUNISHMENT.
Avoid disappointment by booking in advance. Places
can only be guaranteed once the registration
form and payment has been received.
To receive a no obligation information pack which
includes a class application form just email us with
your name, address and age of dog. Your dog must not
be aggressive towards people or other dogs. If you
think your dog may be aggressive in any way, please
ring The Pet Behaviour Centre for advice.
All participants have the option of working towards
the Kennel
Club Good Citizen Dog Award Scheme. Rosettes and
certificates are awarded from Puppy Foundation, Bronze,
Silver and Gold.
